Lesson 5

In the fourth lesson you learned all about minor chords and you learned how to play a song, Hotel California by the Eagles.

Now, let's look at some other chords, that I personally don't see often, but I think you should know them anyway. They are called Sus4 chords, and they look like the major chords, only one string goes half a note up. To illustrate this, just look at the Asus 4 and the A major chord:

As you can see, the note on the B string of the A major chord goes up half a note. The fingers have to be placed in a different order too. Nothing else can be said about the Sus4 chords. Just look at these tabs and see for yourself.

Right. Then, let's play some rock 'n roll!!! The rock n' roll chord I will teach you now, are easy to understand and they're easy to play as well. Plus, if you play them, it will sound like you already play the guitar quite well! Let me write down a tab for you. Just play what it says:
